PRICES, BOOKING AND PAYMENT

PRICES

Services and expenses included in the prices of our programmes are shown in the descriptions of the programmes.

Normally the next expenses are not included in our prices:
- visa fees,
- airport taxes,
- cargo shipping expenses and related custom and airport expenses,
- personal mountaineering insurance and rescue insurance,
- payment for possible rescue works,
- mountaineering equipment, personal camping equipment and food for climbing,
- drinks, laundry, postage, telephone calls and other items of personal nature,
- extra nights, extra transportation and other changes of our services due to personal reasons.

For tour operators, travel agencies and groups we have special prices with discounts depending on the group size and programme.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES

For booking one of our trips or expeditions, you should send us your request by e-mail: ershov@mail.wplus.net or by fax: (+7)-(812)-3153426 with the next information:
- name of the programme,
- dates of the programme,
- your name,
- your age,
- your climbing / trekking experience.

If your booking is possible, we will send you our booking form with our money transfer instructions. You should complete the form and send it back to us (by e-mail or by fax) together with your booking fee. The booking fee is a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the programme price that is required for booking our services. The booking fee has to be paid two months before the start of the programme or earlier. Having received your completed booking form and your booking fee, we will send you our confirmation and further travel information.

The full payment has to be done one month before the start of the programme or earlier. For our summer programmes the whole sum has to be paid until the end of May or earlier. Should the balance not be paid by the due date, we may cancel your booking and retain the deposit paid.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your booking after it has been accepted, please, notify us immediately in writing. Depending on the cancellation period, the next sums will be retained by us:
- 30 and more days before the start of the programme - the booking fee,
- 29-25 days before the start of the programme - 25% of the programme cost,
- 24-20 days before the start of the programme - 40% of the programme cost,
- 19-15 days before the start of the programme - 55% of the programme cost,
- 14-8 days before the start of the programme - 75% of the programme cost,
- 7 and less days before the start of the programme - 100% of the programme cost.

In addition to the above charges, we will retain the sum of our bank payment for sending money back to you (normally it is 1% of the sum of money transfer but not less than 20 USD) and airtickets / train tickets cancellation charges.

Normally, for our trips and expeditions our minimum group size is 6 persons. We may cancel your booking if the minimum group size is not achieved 3 weeks before the start of the programme and you don't want to pay a higher price as for a smaller group (normally, our prices per person depend on the group size). In such case we will refund all sums paid to us except the sum of our bank payment for sending money back to you.

We may be forced to cancel your booking because of force-majeur circumstances such as natural disasters, military actions, ecological disasters, actions of government bodies and so on. In such case we will try to refund all sums paid to us except the booking fee and some reasonable expenses.
